EB 5 Visa Program
Proven Way to US Green Card
The EB-5 program is also known as “Immigrant Investor Program”, and was initiated in 1990 with the aim of boosting the U.S. economy through employment generation and capital inflow by immigrant entrepreneurs. Investors can either establish a new commercial enterprise or can revitalize a troubled business to obtain eligibilty for US Green Card for themselves and their eligible family members – eventually applying US citizenship.
There are 10,000 EB-5 visas available every year, providing a relatively effortless alternative to U.S. permanent residency for investors and their families who meet the program's criteria.
Regional Centers must demonstrate their potential to foster economic growth in specific geographic areas. The program has been consistently reauthorized since its inception.
